The Linux family the datacenter images: AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, CloudLinux and Proxmox VE at the time of writing. Windows is not offered on this line. You can reinstall from the panel at any time.

Dedicated machines are billed per term, monthly up to two years, with no daily rentals and no prorating. Renew from the panel or switch on auto-renew from your balance or a saved card. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid term; the running term is not refunded.

No, and we say so plainly. Blackbox runs on hardware we own with encrypted memory and no host access. Dedicated servers sit in partner datacenters that keep standard network access logs and act on abuse complaints. Your account with us stays anonymous either way; what differs is who operates the building.
