Servury inside
your WHMCS.
Drop our provisioning module into WHMCS and sell Servury VPS under your brand: automatic provisioning on payment, renewals, upgrades, client power controls, one-click consoles and live usage graphs.
Beta. The module is built to the official WHMCS 8.x specification and every call is logged to the WHMCS Module Log, but it hasn't been battle-hardened yet. If anything behaves oddly, open a ticket; reseller reports get priority fixes.
01 Prerequisites
- A working WHMCS 8.x installation with a valid license (see the WHMCS installation docs if you're starting fresh).
- Shell access to the WHMCS server (only needed for the one-command catalog import; everything else is admin-panel clicks).
- A Servury account.
02 Activate Servury reseller access
- Log in to your Servury account and open the Reseller Dashboard.
- Click Become a Reseller. Activation is instant, free, and starts at a 5% discount off retail that grows with your volume.
- Copy your API key and fund your account (balance top-up or saved card); every order your customers place is charged to it at your discounted rate.
03 Install the module
The module lands at modules/servers/servury. No further file changes needed.
04 Connect and verify
- In the WHMCS admin go to Configuration > System Settings > Servers and add a new server.
- Module: Servury VPS
- Hostname:
servury.com - Access Hash: your reseller API key from step 2
- Tick Secure (SSL) and hit Test Connection; green means you're authenticated.
- Add the server to a Server Group so products can use it.
05 Import your catalog (one command)
From your WHMCS root, let the importer build the whole shop from the live Servury plan list:
- A product group per location and a product per plan with real specs in the description.
- Monthly and annual pricing at your reseller cost plus the markup you choose (default 20).
- Required Hostname and Operating System order fields created automatically.
- Upgrade paths wired to exactly what the Servury API accepts, so Change Package always succeeds.
- Out-of-stock plans imported hidden; re-run any time to refresh prices, stock and paths. Your own products are never touched.
Being beta: review groups, prices and fields in the admin before you go live.
06 Manual product setup (alternative)
Prefer clicking? Create a product, and under Module Settings choose Servury VPS, assign your server group, and pick the plan from the live dropdown (your reseller cost shows in each label). Set provisioning to on payment. Then add two required custom fields on the product:
Hostname|hostname, type Text Box, Required, Show on Order FormOperating System|os, type Drop Down, Required, Show on Order Form, options:Debian 12,Ubuntu 24.04,CentOS Stream 10,Windows Server 2025,Windows Server 2022
07 Go live
- Connect your customer payment gateway in WHMCS as usual.
- Place a test order. On payment, the server provisions automatically; the customer's service page shows status, IP, generated root password (behind a reveal toggle), power controls, reinstall, an Open Console button and live CPU/RAM/network graphs.
- Check your Servury reseller dashboard for the wholesale charge.
08 How it operates day to day
- Renewals: paid renewal invoices renew the server upstream automatically. A monthly cycle maps to 31 days (no short-term surcharge), quarterly 93, semi-annual 186, annual 365. Cycles beyond a year cap at 365 upstream; prefer monthly/annual.
- Non-payment: suspension powers the server off, unsuspension powers it on, termination deletes it permanently.
- Upgrades: Change Package resizes in place with a prorated wholesale charge; only paths the importer created are valid (same location, same product line, higher tier).
- Bookkeeping: the Servury server id lives in the service's Username field (don't edit it); the IP syncs to the Dedicated IP field.
- Billing note: keep your Servury balance funded or a card saved; renewals charge it automatically.
